Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communication with MRC Unit Coordinators
- Procurement of regional MRC volunteer training events
- Monitoring Unit progress regarding MRC volunteer recruitment and training
- Tracking Unit compliance with delineated MRC Cooperative Agreement deliverables
- Maintaining manifests of MRC promotional and other resources purchased for distribution and use by MRC Units
- Assists in the review of monthly or other progress reports and provides recommendations pertaining to program effectiveness and efficiency

- Work from Office or Remote: hybrid (office and remote)
- Work hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM withlunch period: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM (unpaid)

Qualifications
Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, preferably in a scientific, emergency preparedness, or business discipline
Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:
- Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
- Three (3) years of professional experience in grant management and program development.
